Better Than Salt with Lemon

"Better Than salt" is a classic mixture of delicately flavoured herbs that can be used in any cuisine. This signature blend features a combination of oregano, marjoram, basil, and rosemary. The hardy nature of these herbs means that they will not lose their flavour if cooked too long, so add them prior to cooking. "Better Than Salt" is excellent in egg dishes like omelets and quiche, and also works well in butter-based sauces. It�s delicious sprinkled on top of freshly saut�ed mushrooms and is a great topper for baked potatoes.

"Better Than Salt with Lemon" is the same recipe as "Better Than Salt", but packs a punch with the addition of more lemon flavour.

My personal favourite use for "Better Than  Salt with Lemon" is rubbing an ample amount onto salmon and cooking it any way you choose!
